Our stay at Boathouse Apartments was absolutely fantastic. We were lucky enough to find this place last minute and it turned out to be a hidden gem. The apartment was beautifully designed and decorated, with stunning views overlooking the marina. It was conveniently located, allowing us to easily explore the area on foot. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and everything was spotlessly clean. We particularly enjoyed watching the boats come and go from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

this was beautiful apartment with quiet atmosphere right by shops. the location was ideal, we could drive to beach in about 5 minutes.

Loved the sea views, although I'm not sure how the sea managed to keep moving while I was there. Free WiFi was a lifesaver, I had to keep up with my Instagram followers. Free parking was a bonus, I guess.

Who needs laundry facilities anyway? Not me, definitely not me.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. I loved the relaxing seating area and the nice view from the apartment. The air conditioning provided a cool and pleasant atmosphere during my stay. Having a patio was a bonus, allowing me to enjoy some fresh air outside. The hairdryer provided in the room was very convenient. The balcony in the apartment was a great spot to unwind and enjoy the view. The availability of a washing machine was handy for longer stays. Being able to watch satellite TV in the apartment was a nice entertainment option. Having a stovetop in the apartment was convenient for cooking.

Personally, I found one of the features in the database less appealing, but others might still enjoy it.

The location of the apartments is excellent, with supermarkets, cafes, and the ferry terminal all within walking distance. the apartments offer stunning views of the marina and hills, and the beds are very comfortable. the kitchen is fully equipped, making it convenient for longer stays. the apartments are clean and modern, with great showers and excellent hosts who provide a warm welcome.

The lack of privacy blinds in the downstairs double bedroom is a drawback, as it either exposes you to the road or leaves you in the dark.

We had a fantastic stay at Boathouse Apartments. The property was outstanding, with modern and spacious rooms that were very well equipped. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and all the cafes, restaurants, and shops. We also loved the fact that there were water-based activities nearby, like the Pelorous Sound mail boat tour. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home, and we appreciated the comfortable beds, excellent showers, and fully equipped kitchen. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the slow wifi and lack of curtains in the lounge, our overall experience was perfect. We highly recommend staying at Boathouse Apartments for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Picton.

No heating in most areas of the apartment, making it uncomfortable during the stay. Lack of expected facilities such as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Outstanding, almost brand new and spacious property with a modern and well-equipped kitchen. Ideal location overlooking the marina and just minutes from the ferry terminal. Unexpectedly vibrant town with plenty of water-based activities. Easily accessible to Blenheim and wineries. Comfortable beds, great balcony view, and easy access to bush walks and biking. Exceptionally clean and well-presented property. Would definitely stay here again!
